Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models for credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from various sources to identify risk patterns and drivers.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and risk management teams to integrate data-driven risk solutions.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and model results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a strong focus on financial risk modeling.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and relevant libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Deep understanding of various machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
