Senior Data Scientist

About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Data Scientist to join their advanced analytics team in Wolverhampton . You will be responsible for leveraging vast datasets to uncover insights, build predictive models, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sophisticated machine learning models for prediction, classification, and clustering.

• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of initiatives.
• Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualizations and reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science, such as Python or R, and associated libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning concepts.
• Experience with SQL and working with large datasets from various sources.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).
• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics.
