Key Responsibilities

• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the development of data science best practices within the team.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a strong track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages like Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, and experimental design.
• Experience with SQL and working with large datasets using big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
