Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and statistical analyses to solve complex business problems.
• Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources.
• Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on solutions to improve accuracy and impact.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy models into production environments.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of building and deploying predictive models.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with SQL and working with large datasets in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, essential for remote collaboration.
