Our client is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join their expanding analytics team in Stoke-on-Trent . You will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from complex datasets, developing predictive models, and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.

- Communicate complex findings and insights clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports.

- Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Expertise in programming languages commonly used in data science, such as Python or R, and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with various database systems.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
