Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sophisticated statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.

• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of interventions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualizations and presentations.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and machine learning research.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data science or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and experimental design.
• Experience with SQL and working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark).
