Senior De-Risking Ops Lead | Hybrid Bristol

XPS Group Bristol is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead the De-risking Operations within the Administration Projects Team. You will act as the escalation point for complex de-risking queries, coach De-risking Team Managers and drive improvements across processes and end-to-end delivery.

You will partner with client teams and internal colleagues to balance quality, efficiency and financial performance while maintaining a collaborative, inclusive culture aligned with XPS values.
