Senior Deputy Manager - Elderly Care Home, Jersey

Compass Associates are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join an established elderly care home in Jersey. You will provide visible leadership across the service, supporting the Home Manager, upholding high standards of dementia care and person-centred practice, and working with the wider management team to deliver safe, high-quality care.

The role offers a total package up to £66,000 per annum, with relocation support and up to 6 months’ accommodation to help a smooth transition to island
