Senior Designer: Performance Marketing Growth Creative

Creditspring is seeking a Senior Designer to drive paid social and YouTube creative that delivers acquisition and conversion. You’ll partner with Growth, Product, Brand and Compliance to craft assets for Meta, TikTok and YouTube and iterate based on data.

This role operates in a fast-moving, regulated environment where you’ll build scalable design systems, explore new ideas, and use AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining high craft. 5+ years of experience required.
