About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join their fully remote team, operating from Belfast and across the UK. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated building, testing, and deployment of applications.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes .
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and operational issues.
- Collaborate closely with software development teams to optimize workflows and improve system reliability.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and conduct regular security audits.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering .
- Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and IaC tools.
- Expertise in container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes .
- Solid understanding of networking, security principles, and monitoring tools.
