About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer for a fully remote position. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our client's software development and deployment pipelines, fostering collaboration between development and operations teams. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of services.
- Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and deployment strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Solid understanding of networking, security principles, and monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
