About the Role
Our client is actively seeking a talented and driven Senior DevOps Engineer to join their fully remote team, contributing to the infrastructure and deployment pipelines that power their innovative services. This role is critical for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our client's cloud-based operations. You will play a key part in automating and streamlining development and deployment processes, working closely with development and operations teams to enhance system performance and stability. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for cost-efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Implement and enforce security best practices throughout the infrastructure and deployment lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or a related role, with a strong focus on cloud environments.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their services.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
