Senior Digital Insight & CRO Strategist

VML in London is seeking a Senior Digital Insight Analyst & CRO to join our Data & Marketing team. You will lead analysis of user behaviour across multi-market digital environments, identifying optimization opportunities and defining data-driven strategies to elevate experiences and boost conversion performance.

You will work with CRO, analytics engineering, and product teams to design experiments, build dashboards, and translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations.
