About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in shaping and executing the digital strategy for a variety of exciting projects within the Arts & Entertainment sector. You will be instrumental in driving engagement, increasing brand visibility, and reaching new audiences through compelling online campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Create engaging and platform-specific content, including written copy, graphics, and video concepts, to promote events, exhibitions, and artistic productions.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads) to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and effective campaign execution.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the arts and culture landscape.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience with SEO, SEM, marketing automation, and social media marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling marketing copy.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics.
- A passion for the arts and entertainment industry is highly desirable, along with an understanding of audience engagement within this sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
