About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join their expanding marketing team in Nottingham . This role is pivotal in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day campaign activities, analyzing performance, and implementing strategies to improve results. You will work closely with the marketing manager and other team members to ensure cohesive campaign execution and contribute to the overall digital marketing success for our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports on key metrics.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
- Assist in the development of content for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring it aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling campaign assets and landing pages.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing campaign management.
- Proven experience with SEM platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and experience with A/B testing.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and email marketing best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
