About the Role

Our client, a highly regarded management consultancy, is looking for a seasoned Senior Digital Transformation Consultant to join their expanding team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK. You will take the lead on advising clients on their digital journey, from strategy formulation to the successful implementation of technology-driven change. This role demands extensive experience in leading complex digital transformation programs, a deep understanding of emerging technologies, and the ability to inspire and guide clients and project teams in a virtual setting. You will be pivotal in helping organizations harness digital innovation to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation consulting engagements for a portfolio of clients.
• Develop and articulate clear digital strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Advise clients on leveraging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, data analytics, and automation.
• Manage project teams, client relationships, and stakeholder expectations in a remote environment.
• Drive the adoption of new digital processes and technologies within client organizations.
• Contribute to business development activities and thought leadership within the digital transformation space.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, with a significant focus on digital transformation.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, complex digital change programs.
• Deep expertise in digital strategy, technology implementation, and organizational change management.
• Exceptional remote communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Strong understanding of current and emerging digital technologies.
• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
