Senior Director, Early Development Asset Operations

Ipsen is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Early Development Asset Operations to lead the Asset Operations team within Global Portfolio Operations. The role reports to the VP Asset Operations in a highly matrixed environment across France and the UK.

Responsibilities include acting as the accountability for operational PM delivery, guiding a team of AOLs, driving cross‑functional collaboration, and advancing Early Development programs while ensuring ACM alignment and compliant governance.
