Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed drilling programs and well designs, including casing, cementing, and drilling fluid plans.
• Oversee drilling operations from a remote center, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to program objectives.
• Perform real-time monitoring of drilling parameters and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
• Manage drilling budgets, equipment, and service providers to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Conduct post-well analysis, identify lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in drilling engineering, including offshore and onshore operations.
• Proven experience in well planning , execution, and supervision of drilling operations.
• Strong understanding of drilling equipment, technologies, and subsurface challenges.
• Proficiency with drilling simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and remote team collaboration skills.
