About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior E-commerce Analyst to join their data-driven team, working entirely remotely. You will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions for our online business. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics, customer behavior, and a passion for leveraging data to optimize performance and uncover growth opportunities. This is a fully remote position, offering significant autonomy and the chance to impact business strategy from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze key e-commerce metrics, including conversion rates, AOV, customer lifetime value, and channel performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and provide regular insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into customer behavior, purchase patterns, and segmentation to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to design A/B tests and experiments to optimize the user journey.
- Identify areas for improvement in website performance, user experience, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Present complex data findings and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, specifically within e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Expertise in web analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
