Senior E-commerce Analyst

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing sophisticated analytical models, interpreting complex data sets, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of e-commerce data , including sales, customer behaviour, website traffic, and conversion rates.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights to management.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data to recommend strategies for improving sales, customer retention, and profitability.
• Utilize advanced statistical techniques and tools to perform predictive modelling and forecasting.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to implement data-driven improvements and A/B tests.
• Present complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst or similar analytical role, with a strong focus on online retail.
• Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fully remote , collaborative environment.
