About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly analytical and experienced Senior E-commerce Analyst to join their team in Reading . Key Responsibilities

• Analyze e-commerce sales data, website traffic, customer behavior, and marketing campaign performance to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the e-commerce business.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve website conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and overall online profitability.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into specific areas such as customer segmentation, product performance, and marketing channel effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, IT) to define data requirements and support strategic initiatives.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst or similar data analysis role, with a strong focus on online retail.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce business models, metrics, and online customer behavior.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
