About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage and optimize all online sales channels, including the company website, marketplaces, and social commerce platforms.
• Analyze website traffic, customer behaviour, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Oversee the creation of compelling product listings, promotional campaigns, and digital content.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in the e-commerce space.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in managing and growing e-commerce operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising in an e-commerce context.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
