About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior E-commerce Specialist to lead their online business growth in Nottingham . This role requires a comprehensive understanding of all facets of e-commerce, from user acquisition and conversion optimization to customer retention and analytics. You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced strategies to enhance online sales performance, improve customer experience, and drive profitable growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to innovate and execute best-in-class e-commerce initiatives, solidifying our client's position in the digital marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive significant growth in e-commerce sales and profitability.
• Oversee and optimize website user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
• Manage and analyze performance data across all digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social, affiliate).
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand online reach.
• Lead projects related to website enhancements, new feature implementation, and platform upgrades.
• Mentor junior members of the e-commerce team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar senior digital role.
• Proven expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and user experience (UX).
• Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of web analytics tools and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple digital marketing channels and budgets effectively.
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
