Senior E-Learning Developer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior E-Learning Developer to lead the design and production of sophisticated digital learning experiences. This remote-first role involves taking ownership of the end-to-end development process, from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality and engaging content. You will collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create impactful e-learning modules, simulations, and interactive courses. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex e-learning courses and interactive training materials.
• Utilize advanced authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate) to create engaging and responsive learning experiences.
• Develop multimedia assets, including graphics, animations, video, and audio, to enhance learning content.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to optimize learning effectiveness.
• Conduct quality assurance testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless delivery of e-learning modules.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in e-learning development and instructional technology.
• Expert proficiency with leading e-learning authoring tools and associated multimedia software.
• Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design methodologies , and accessibility standards (e.g., SCORM, WCAG).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a remote team.
• Portfolio showcasing innovative and effective e-learning projects is required.
