Job Description
Nursery: Forest Barn Nursery School, The Barn at Tooks Farm, Great Warley Street, Brentwood, CM13 3JP
Paid UBER rides from train station to the nursery's location
Hours: Full Time and Part Time roles available, Monday - Friday
Salary: Up to £14.68 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)

You’ll be joining Forest Barn Nursey as a key part of every child’s journey, keeping our children safe, loved and inspired through play-based learning.

How you’ll spend your time here
Day to day, you willdeliver care to the children whilst alsosupervising your team.
You’ll identify areas for improvements whether that relates tolearning and teaching techniques orcreating morestimulatingexperiences and environments. You will embrace inclusivity to ensure the individual needs of all those within your room are met.
You’ll beresponsible for ensuring all record keeping requirements are regularly completed, as well as conducting your team appraisals. As the Senior Early Years Educator (Nursery Room Lead) you will work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
We’d love to talk to you if you have the following
- A Level 3 or above qualification within early years
- Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner)
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
