Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Early Years Educator to join their innovative remote childcare team based in Leicester . Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and implement age-appropriate early learning activities and curricula for children aged 0-5, adapting content for virtual delivery.
• Conduct regular online assessments of children's progress, providing detailed feedback and development plans to parents and guardians.
• Lead virtual 'playgroups' and interactive sessions, employing creative methods to maintain children's engagement and curiosity.
• Maintain open and consistent communication with parents and carers, offering support, guidance, and resources for home-based learning activities.

Requirements

• Hold a recognised qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education) or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience working within an early years setting, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding educational programs.
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and pedagogical best practices for young children.
• Proficiency with digital learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and other relevant online technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
