Grow here.The focus of this role is renewables and energy storage, grid connections, and private networks at voltage levels normally between 11kV to 400kV. Typical projects include feasibility, optioneering, FEED, detailed design and design assurance on existing or new build renewable generation, including pumped storage hydro, PV and wind – typically with collocated Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).Here’s what you’ll do:Work on large projects and frameworks with renewable energy generation developers, mostly in UK and Ireland but also with some global projectsUndertake Front End Engineering Design (FEED), design for planning, feasibility studies etc. of energy storage systems including associated grid connections, control and meteringProvide support and gain exposure to bidding, project and quality managementDesign the BESS balance of plant (BOP) systems.Develop grid connection solutions (11kV–400kV) for energy storage and renewables.Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and clients to deliver innovative solutions.Support the team with bidding, project and quality management.Enjoy the Perks.
