Senior Electrical Engineer - Power Distribution

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of medium and high-voltage power distribution systems .

• Conduct complex power system studies, including load forecasting, stability analysis, and protection coordination for grid expansion and upgrades.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring the quality and integrity of designs.

• Collaborate effectively with project managers, stakeholders, and field teams in a remote setting to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems .
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical power distribution engineering.
• Proven expertise in power system analysis software (e.g., PSS/E, ETAP, CYME).
• Strong understanding of substation design, protection relays, and grid operational principles.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing complex engineering projects.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
