Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and lighting for various projects.
• Perform detailed electrical calculations, including load flow, short circuit, and arc flash studies, using industry-standard software.
• Prepare comprehensive technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for electrical installations and equipment.
• Oversee site inspections, commissioning activities, and provide technical support to project teams and construction personnel.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant UK and international electrical standards and safety regulations.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall technical development of the electrical engineering department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems.
• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, or similar.
• Strong understanding of power system analysis, protection schemes, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with project management and client liaison.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
