Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems, from concept to production, ensuring adherence to specifications and performance targets.
• Conduct thorough theoretical and simulation-based analysis of electrical components, circuits, and systems.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams through virtual communication tools to ensure seamless integration.
• Develop detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers remotely.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends, proposing innovative solutions.
• Review and approve designs created by other team members.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering design and development.
• Expertise in analog and digital circuit design , power management, and signal integrity.
• Proficiency with simulation tools such as SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, and EDA software .
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex design projects independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective virtual collaboration.
