Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design and engineering for renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Develop detailed electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and control system architectures using industry-standard software.
• Conduct comprehensive power systems analysis , including load flow, fault studies, and protection coordination.
• Oversee the procurement and installation of electrical equipment, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and site engineers to ensure seamless project execution and problem resolution.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, with a significant focus on renewable energy systems (solar, wind, battery storage).
• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or PSS/E.
• In-depth knowledge of grid connection requirements and power system protection.
• Proven experience managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
