Job Overview
RGB seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its Witney office on a permanent basis, earning between £47,000 and £57,000 per annum. This full‑time role involves delivering integrated building services engineering within a multidisciplinary consultancy, producing robust, sustainable electrical designs across various UK sectors and overseeing projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical design of Building Services projects from feasibility through to construction and completion.
- Produce electrical calculations, specifications, reports and technical documentation.
- Develop electrical designs using industry-standard software.
- Attend client meetings to establish project briefs, budgets and technical requirements.
- Coordinate designs with mechanical, structural, architectural and external design teams.
- Prepare tender documentation and review contractor submissions.
- Carry out site inspections and monitor installation quality throughout construction.
- Review contractor progress and assist with project delivery through to final account.
- Produce condition surveys and reports on existing electrical installations.
- Manage project programmes, budgets and technical delivery.
- Mentor Graduate and Intermediate Electrical Engineers, providing technical guidance and day‑to‑day support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in electrical design engineering and proficiency with relevant software.
- Strong knowledge of British standards and integrated building services.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Current UK Security Clearance (SC) or eligibility to obtain SC clearance.
