This role is essential for contributing to the design, development, and implementation of advanced electrical systems for a range of industrial and commercial applications. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and specification of electrical systems, including power distribution, control, and automation.
- Conduct thorough electrical system analysis, load calculations, and fault current studies.
- Ensure designs comply with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and clients to define project scope and technical requirements.
- Provide technical support during the manufacturing, installation, and commissioning phases.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Requirements
- BEng or MEng in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in electrical engineering design and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems , PLCs, VFDs, and SCADA.
- Proficiency with electrical CAD software (e.g., EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical).
- Experience with power systems analysis and protection is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
