Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including schematic capture, component selection, and power distribution.
• Oversee the testing, validation, and commissioning of electrical hardware and software.
• Conduct detailed power system analysis , including load flow, fault analysis, and protection coordination studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, project management) to ensure seamless integration of electrical components.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
• Mentor and guide junior electrical engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in electrical system design and implementation.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SOLIDWORKS Electrical) and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB).
• Strong understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., IEC, IEEE).
• Experience with embedded systems , microcontrollers, and firmware development is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to lead technical projects to successful completion.
