Senior Electrical Engineer

A large-sized multi-disc consultancy is looking to set up an MEP offering within its existing Liverpool office. The company is well renowned across the UK and has over 900 staff across its 12 offices. The Director is looking for established Senior Engineers to come in and work alongside him to grow the team and start working on an existing pipeline of work.This presents a very unique opportunity for someone to get access to very quick progression working alongside the Director. This position leads to an associate position and eventually leads your own team of Electrical Engineers. It’s a very modern thinking company that offers flexible working with a good competitive salary and other generous benefits included.7+ Years’ experience in building ServicesHave a degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services EngineeringProvide input on design strategy and conceptual design relative to electrical installationsUndertake design calculations relevant to the design of electrical installations within major building projectsDesign electrical installations including the production of design drawings, diagrams and schematics along with project specifications and schedulesDesign electrical installations to meet requirements for energy efficiency and low carbon requirementsAssist with the growth and development of the electrical teamLead an M&E Team in coordinating and delivering individual projects, including attendance at meetings, internal programming, project reviews, etc.Manage client and design team relationships. Understand client needs and interpret and confirm the project brief.
