Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and testing of complex electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct detailed electrical load calculations , circuit analysis, and power distribution designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and project managers, to integrate electrical systems seamlessly.
- Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment and infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an Electrical Engineer, with a focus on system design and project delivery.
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or PSpice.
- Strong understanding of power systems, control systems, and instrumentation and control (I&C) principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of relevant UK and international electrical codes and standards.
