Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed engineering calculations , simulations, and analysis to ensure system integrity, safety, and efficiency.
• Oversee the procurement and testing of electrical components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff, fostering knowledge sharing within the remote team.
• Conduct root cause analysis for electrical failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in electrical system design and implementation.
• Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of power electronics, control systems, and embedded systems design principles.
