Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and power distribution systems for various applications.
- Perform detailed engineering calculations , simulations, and analysis to ensure system integrity, safety, and efficiency.
- Oversee the procurement and testing of electrical components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff, fostering knowledge sharing within the remote team.
- Conduct root cause analysis for electrical failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in electrical system design and implementation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) and simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of power electronics, control systems, and embedded systems design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for effective remote teamwork.
