Senior Electrical Hardware Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex electrical hardware systems, including schematics, PCB layouts, and component selection.
• Oversee the entire hardware development lifecycle, from initial concept and feasibility studies through to prototyping, testing, and production release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., software, mechanical, firmware) to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of hardware solutions.
• Conduct rigorous design reviews, simulations, and worst-case analysis to ensure hardware robustness, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior hardware engineers, fostering their professional development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Over 7 years of hands-on experience in electrical hardware design and development.
• Expertise in schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro).
• Deep understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design, power management, and signal integrity.
• Proven experience with hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to manage projects in a remote setting.
