Senior Electrical Power Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of low and high-voltage electrical power systems, including distribution, protection, and control.
• Perform load flow, short circuit, and stability analyses using industry-standard software tools.
• Develop detailed single-line diagrams, protection schemes, and equipment specifications.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical power equipment, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Conduct site visits and investigations, providing technical support and troubleshooting for existing power infrastructure.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical power system design and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of power system protection principles and relay settings.
• Proficiency with power system analysis software such as ETAP, PSS/E, or similar.
• Experience with SCADA systems and grid integration is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and project management skills.
