About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join their dynamic, fully remote team. This role is central to managing and delivering complex electrical engineering projects from inception through to successful completion. You will oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring technical integrity, budget adherence, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of electrical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and coordinate the work of internal teams and external contractors involved in electrical project delivery.
• Ensure all project designs and installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Communicate project status, issues, and successes effectively to stakeholders in a remote setting .

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in electrical project engineering and management.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex electrical projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, crucial for a remote project lead .
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively in a distributed team environment.
