About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead significant projects within their expanding portfolio in Brighton . This role demands a strategic thinker with robust leadership capabilities, responsible for overseeing all phases of electrical projects, from initial planning and design through to execution and final commissioning. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, managing a team of engineers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex electrical engineering projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring effective coordination and performance.
• Oversee the design, procurement, installation, and testing of electrical systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all project phases.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and managing expectations.
• Mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in managing large-scale electrical engineering projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Deep understanding of electrical design principles , power systems, and construction methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and contract management .
