Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop complex electrical systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Lead the technical direction for electrical system development, providing expert guidance to project teams.
• Perform detailed system analysis, simulation, and modelling to validate design choices and predict performance characteristics.
• Collaborate effectively with software, hardware, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical components and subsystems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including design specifications, interface control documents, and test plans.
• Oversee the testing and validation of electrical systems, ensuring they meet all functional, performance, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of extensive experience in electrical systems engineering, with a strong focus on system-level design and integration.
• Proven expertise in power distribution, control systems, and signal integrity analysis.
• Experience with system modelling tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) and schematic capture software.
• Familiarity with embedded systems and firmware integration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical efforts and communicate complex ideas effectively in a remote setting.
