You will be responsible for setting technical direction, ensuring system integrity, and collaborating with global teams to deliver robust and scalable electrical solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of sophisticated electrical systems from concept to deployment.
• Define system requirements, specifications, and test plans for electrical components and subsystems.
• Conduct advanced analysis, including performance modeling, power integrity, and signal integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical engineering challenges in a remote setting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, including hardware, firmware, and mechanical engineers.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience (7+ years) in electrical systems design and analysis.
• Deep expertise in power distribution, embedded systems, and mixed-signal electronics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and influence design decisions.
• Proficiency with advanced simulation and analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS HFSS, Cadence Allegro).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in a remote context.
