Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems, defining architecture and critical components.
• Conduct system-level simulations and analyses to validate design performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain electrical system specifications and interface control documents.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical components.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of electrical engineers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-level system integration issues in a remote setting.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical systems engineering.
• Expertise in system architecture design , signal integrity, and power distribution.
• Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE-based simulators).
• Proven experience leading technical teams and projects remotely.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
