Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and protocols for electrical systems and components.
• Design and build specialized test fixtures and equipment to facilitate efficient and accurate testing.
• Analyze test data, identify root causes of failures, and provide detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with design engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.
• Implement automated testing solutions to improve efficiency and repeatability of test procedures.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical testing and validation.
• Strong understanding of test methodologies , equipment, and data acquisition systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages for test automation (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
• Experience with various testing standards and techniques, including environmental, functional, and performance testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment .
