Senior Electronics Engineer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Electronics Engineer to join their fully remote product development team. This role is central to the design and innovation of complex electronic systems and hardware solutions. You will be responsible for leading the development lifecycle from concept to production, driving technical decisions and ensuring the quality and performance of electronic products. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and verification of complex analog and digital electronic circuits and systems.
• Develop detailed schematics, PCB layouts, and comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Perform rigorous circuit analysis , simulation, and testing to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with firmware and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware and embedded systems.
• Oversee component selection, vendor management, and the manufacturing process for new electronic products.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electronics Engineering , Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in electronics design and development.
• Strong expertise in analog circuit design, power management, and embedded systems.
• Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence).
• Experience with hardware testing, validation, and debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab equipment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with proven success in remote collaboration.
