Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex electronic systems and circuits for high-performance applications.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization and prototyping to testing and production release.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level electronics engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices.
- Conduct advanced analysis, simulations, and rigorous testing to ensure design integrity and optimal performance.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, and systems engineers, in a virtual environment.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and components to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- 6+ years of comprehensive experience in electronics design, with a strong focus on system-level architecture.
- In-depth expertise in areas such as analog circuit design, digital signal processing (DSP), RF design, or embedded systems.
- Proven experience with advanced simulation tools and hardware description languages (e.g., VHDL/Verilog).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams remotely.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
