About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of robust, real-time embedded software for automotive microcontrollers and processors.
• Architect and implement software solutions for complex systems, including ADAS, powertrain control, and infotainment modules.
• Develop low-level drivers and middleware, optimizing for performance, memory usage, and power efficiency.
• Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and system tests to ensure software reliability and robustness.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and system architects, in a remote environment.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the adoption of best practices in embedded software development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in embedded software development, with a significant portion focused on the automotive industry .
• Expertise in C/C++ programming for embedded systems and deep knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Strong understanding of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, FlexRay, and AUTOSAR.
• Proven experience with debugging tools, emulators, and oscilloscopes for embedded systems.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
