MCS Group is partnering with a leading organisation to appoint an Employee Relations Lead to join their People function in Northern Ireland. This is a senior specialist role providing governance and expert advice across complex employee matters.

The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, strengthening ER practices, developing management capability and ensuring policies remain compliant and commercially focused. CIPD qualification is desirable.
