Senior Employment Counsel — Cross-Border EU & UK

Dojo seeks a skilled Employment Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. You will provide pragmatic employment law advice across the organisation, handling complex employee relations matters and cross-border issues in Europe.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will draft contracts and People Team policies, manage employment litigation with external counsel, and deliver training to the People team and other functions, supporting European expansion.
